Chain Development
Define complete before development begins.
The intended outcome, the edges, and what makes this piece of work complete, agreed before it starts.
What complete means here
Before development starts, Nordleid agrees what complete means for the work in front of us: the intended outcome, the edges, and the conditions that make the delivery complete.
Complete means complete for this piece of work, not for everything the business may later need. What appears along the way is its own decision. It does not quietly widen the current one.
What this protects
The business can decide whether to proceed with a defined piece of work, not with an open-ended build that grows as it goes. It can be a small piece of work. It is still complete.
